Every song we make is a digital product: a custom song written and recorded from the story you share, delivered as an MP3 download with its lyrics and a private song page. Nothing is shipped. Before you pay, you listen to a free preview cut from the real, finished recording, so you know exactly what you're getting. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the full song unlocks on your song page and you receive the link by email.
3 free revisions, then a 7-day money-back guarantee
If the full song doesn't feel right, use your 3 free revisions from your song page: change a line, the pronunciation of a name, the style or the voice, and we record a new version for you. If it still isn't the one, request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. No friction. Just email us and we'll take care of it.
How to request a refund
Email us at ask@digitalmaterials.store within 7 days of your purchase and include:
- The email address you used at checkout
- Your order number (from your confirmation email) or the link to your song page
We review and process every refund request within 2 to 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement. Once a song is refunded, its song page and downloads are deactivated.
Trouble accessing your song?
If your song page doesn't load, a download doesn't work, or your song doesn't appear after paying, contact us first. In most cases we fix it within minutes, and if we can't, you're fully covered by the guarantee above.
